  • Phyllo shells
  • Sabrosa Gourmet Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • Strawberries
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar


Bake shells according to package directions.  Cut up strawberries and soak them in Sabrosa Gourmet Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar.  Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and sugar until combined.  Spoon mixture into phyllo shells and top with strawberries!
