Recipe by the Sabrosa Gourmet Sisters
- Fresh near ripe mango, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- Juice from 1 fresh lime
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 2 pinches of Sabrosa Italian Seasoning Salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Grill, bake or pan fry the 3-4 chicken breasts. Lightly brush each chicken breast with Sabrosa Gourmet Manzanilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add 1 small pinch of Sabrosa’s Italian Seasoning Salt over chicken. Serve with Mango Salsa.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate if not using right away.
