Recipe by the Sabrosa Gourmet Sisters


  • 1 large onion, diced or sliced, 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 8 chicken thighs (preferably all-natural)
  • 1 tbsp Sabrosa Gourmet Manzanilla Extra Virgina Olive Oil
  • 2 lemons
  • Container of mushrooms
  • Sabrosa Cumin-Cinnamon Salt


In large saucepan, heat Sabrosa Gourmet Manzailla Extra Virgin Olive Oil on low to medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until slightly browned. Lay chicken thighs on top of onion/garlic. Sprinkle the thighs with two pinches of Sabrosa Cumin-Cinnamon Salt. Spread mushrooms on top of chicken and juice from 2 lemons. Put a cover on pan and let simmer for approx 20 minutes.
