Recipe by the Sabrosa Gourmet Sisters


  • Finely chop and seed tomatoes ( I like plum of the ones on the vine)
  • 1 small sweet onion chopped
  • 3 bunches scallions , chopped
  • Fresh cilantro – Optional – (chopped)
  • Jalapeno Pepper – Optional- I use 4-5 and boil until soft and then put in a food processor until mushy
  • Sabrosa Guerande Grey Sea Salt to taste
  • Fresh garlic- chopped
  • Sabrosa Gourmet Persian Lime Olive Oil – add enough until you get desired consistency
